Prof. Dr. Mahmood Md. Tahir has a PhD in Civil Engineering from University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Prof. Dr. Tahir is currently the director of Construction Research Centre at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is a member Professional Engineer Malaysia and has published more than 150 journals and proceedings.
