CAN I CHANGE YOUR BEHAVIOR BEFORE IT CREATES UNSAFE CONDITION THAT LEAD TO AN INCIDENT OR ACCIDENT. Behavior Observation Program outlines management approach on improving HSE culture with in the organization by adopting SPOT card system implementation. Peer-on-peer observation will be utilized with an expectation to promote better understanding of unsafe acts and conditions. The results of these observations will be analyzed so that the lesson learned can be shared for mutual benefits. By the implementation of Behavior Based Safety, frequency rate of incidents can be minimized as low as practically possible.

Engr. Muhammad Ishaque is Operation Engineer and has more than twelve years of industrial experience and joined Pakistan Petroleum Limited in 2013. He studied in Pakistan at the MUET Jamshoro where he sucessfully completed two degrees which include Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Environmental Eng with 4 out 4 CGPA.
