So, Bangladesh has huge opportunity to introduce electronic banking delivery channels though some foreign, and private commercial banks like Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) have already introduced some Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) products as Online Banking, ATM Card, SMS Banking, Internet-Banking, Mobile-Cash, Electronic Fund Transfer, Real Time Gross Settlement, Call Center, and so on. This book aims at examining the diffusion and usage level; challenges and opportunities of ADC products of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited. Data were collected from different primary and secondary sources. This study will be helpful to the Domestic Government, Foreign Commercial Banks, Private Commercial Banks, and State-Owned Commercial Banks; IT policy makers, banking policy makers, academicians, researchers, national and international students.
