Beschreibung
The book is a collection of review articles published in scientific journals. It contains also some unpublished papers, exposing authors original ideas. The core of the book is dedicated to the model of hierarchical cosmos, the concept as old as controversial at present day. With the recent discovery of the hyper galactic cluster Laniakea, the paradigm of the hierarchical Universe has gained a new impetus. Some other articles deal with the epistemological and ontological aspects of the modern cosmology, as well as the interdisciplinary subjects related to astronomy and religion.
Autorenporträt
Petar Grujic, FInstP, obtained his BSc and MSc at the Belgrade university and PhD at the University College London. He is employed at the Institute of Physics, Belgrade University. His main subjects of interests are theoretical atomic physics, cosmology, history and epistemology of science and religion, history and politics.
