The unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity remains one of the most fundamental open problems in modern physics. While established approaches such as string theory and M-theory rely on highly complex mathematical constructions, this work pursues a fundamentally different route. GenI (Generic Intelligence) introduces a discrete stochastic process originally developed as a formal model of collective decision dynamics. Remarkably, this process reproduces exactly the statistical predictions of quantum measurement theory: the probability distribution of final outcomes follows the Born rule directly, without parameter tuning or fine adjustment. At the same time, the averaged dynamics of the model can be embedded into a four-dimensional spacetime manifold whose metric satisfies the structural requirements of Einstein's field equations. The framework is based on a swarm of formally defined entities whose states are represented by complex amplitudes. A minimal set of rules - entropy generation, excitation-driven selection, and stochastic fluctuation - produces a chaotic yet statistically well-defined selection process. Within this perspective, quantum theory and gravitation do not appear as fundamentally separate theories, but as complementary aspects of a single underlying stochastic dynamic. The book develops the mathematical foundations of the GenI process, formulates convergence theorems, analyzes the resulting spacetime geometry, and presents extensive simulation results. Rather than extending existing quantum-gravity programs, it proposes a new conceptual pathway toward a possible theory of unification grounded in a fundamental selection principle. This volume is intended for physicists, mathematicians, and researchers in theoretical foundations who are interested in alternative structural approaches to the reconciliation of quantum mechanics and gravitation.

Siegfried Genreith, 63, ist Mathematiker, verheiratet, hat drei erwachsene Kinder und lebt in Nideggen/Eifel/NRW. Nach Abschluss seines Studiums an der Universität Köln arbeitete er mehr als drei Jahrzehnte bei einem weltweit führenden IT-Unternehmen als IT-Architekt und Chefdesigner in der Betreuung internationaler Großkunden aus der Banken- und Versicherungsbranche. Neben seinen Hauptaufgaben schrieb er dabei seit den frühen 90er Jahren immer wieder einmal Artikel für Fachzeitschriften. Einer seiner Schwerpunkte war das Thema "Künstliche Intelligenz", zu deren Grundlagen er eigene Gedanken und Ideen seit 2010 in mehreren Büchern veröffentlicht hat. Dazu zählen die Sachbücher "Bewusstsein, Zeit und Symmetrien", "The Source of the Universe", sowie unter seinem Pseudonym "Friedegis Heintger" die fiktionalen Erzählungen "Funkenflug" und "Einsichten eines Schwarms". Sein neues Buch "Ignoriert, ausgelacht und abgezogen" fällt aus diesem Rahmen heraus. Er beschreibt darin in lockerem Erzählstil seine Erfahrungen mit einer landesweiten Initiative, die er im Frühjahr des Jahres 2010 ins Leben gerufen hatte, die schnell weite Kreise zog, außerordentlich erfolgreich wurde und letztlich ein bestehendes Landesgesetz in NRW zu Fall brachte.
