Beschreibung
In this work Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles have been synthesized by Hydrothermal method using Zinc Acetate Dehydrate, Sodium Hydroxide and Methanol. This synthesis was done in Teflon lined autoclaves at high temperature and high pressure and we get the white solid powder from the stock solution. Quantitative result of the samples was studied by Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy. The crystal structure and the grain size of the particles was determined from the X-ray Diffraction.

Neel Patel - A former student of Material Science at Department of Physics, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. He did his Masters in Physics and passed out in 2016 with first rank. The author cleared CSIR NET June 2017 and achieved All India Rank 69 in Physical Science.
