This book is intended to provide information to young researchers on laboratory biogas technology and it probable application for small-scale energy production particularly for rural communities in developing countries where clean energy supply is inadequate or lacking. The book is equipped with methodologies for assessing biogas production in a laboratory in addition to providing information on the vital techniques needed for achieving best outcome of a research project.

Mr. DIDO Mann is currently an Assistant lecturer at the department of Biotechnology Federal University Ndufu-Alike in Nigeria. Holds a MSc in "Technology and Resources Management in the tropics and subtropics" with a special focus on renewable energy management and a BSC in Microbiology.
