The interrelationship between periodontal and endodontic lesions often leads to confusion and controversies. Clinicians tend to face difficulty in distinguishing between the two problems. This book briefly explains the anatomy, classification, etiology, signs & symptoms, decision making, prognosis and treatment planning for such lesions. Successful treatment of periodontic-endodontic lesions depends on all contributing lesions being treated. The ultimate goal should be to restore the lost function and esthetics by opting an appropriate treatment plan.

Dr. Arpita Nag is a Periodontist and an Oral Implantologist, practicing in Mumbai, India. She routinely deals with periodontal surgeries of all kinds and has placed several implants. Dr. Nag has dealt with many endo-perio lesions and successfully treated them. She has also presented her work at National Conferences/Conventions in India.
