Pemphigus is an autoimmune disease that causes blistering of the skin and oral cavity. Being a disorder with vesiculobullous lesions it closely mimics various other disorders of same category. So its important to have thorough descriptive and updated knowledge of the disorder to help in clinical diagnosis which will further guide through proper investigative stage, and hence final diagnosis. This booklet gives in detail description of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, investigative findings and management. The booklet specifically focuses on recent advances available in management of this disorder. The book is written in a simplified language and focuses on enhancing the understanding by colorful clinical pictures. The booklet is expected to be quite helpful for undergraduate and post graduate students as well as for practicing dental clinicians.
