Beschreibung
This book is a trial to answer questions about PRF effect on regeneration capacity of bone marrow aspirate in bone grafting of residual alveolar cleft defect. Moreover, role of growth factors in regulation of bone regeneration in residual alveolar cleft defect. This book reviews what is known, discusses these controversies, and provides a rationale for the approach to the residual alveolar cleft defect.
