Natural structures have inspired and motivated human creations over the years leading to the rapid development of material science. The genesis of this book was to provide an insight and help better understand regarding the development and synthesis of these biological materials. Keeping this as our objective, I endeavored to bring a book that would encompass and include the complete aspects of the material science of biomimetic materials. The presentation of this book has been kept in a simple, lucid and reader friendly manner with pictures and illustrations. This book has been updated to include the most current materials developed in the field of biomimetic science.

Won the Best Poster prize titled "Prefabricated blood vessels: Future of Endodontics?" at National conference held at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Gold medalist In the subject of Oral Medicine & Radiology.
