It is a matter of great privilege to the authors to bring out the practical handbook of MICROBIAL BIOTECHNOLOGY Unit-3. The course content of this practical handbook is totally based on the guidelines set up by the Veterinary Council of India for the professional course of B.V.Sc. & A.H. The exercises in the manual have been arranged to provide a sequential knowledge of the subject.The purpose of this manual is to provide fundamental knowledge of Molecular Biology - ELISA, Bloating, Electrophoresis, etc Microbial Biotechnology (Unit- 3). The authors are hopeful that this manual will serve the intended purpose.

Dr. R. P. Diwakar is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Veterinary Microbiology, College of Veterinary Science & A.H, Acharya Narendra Deva University Of Agriculture & Technology, Ayodhya (UP). He obtained a UG degree from the GBPUA&T, Pantnagar (U.K) in the year 2004, and a master's degree from ANDUAT, Ayodhya (UP).
