Beschreibung
The book is a part of a large project on 'organizational consequences of telemedicine'. The project was started up in 1997 and the author has followed telemedicine development since. Totally close to 50 publications have appeared. They are based on a large amount of collected data. Publications are found in leading telemedicine journals (for example Journal of Telemedicine and Telecare) and presentations done at many research conferences.

I.H. Monrad Aas is a PhD from the University of Oslo (1983) and has full professor competence (1994). Authored more than 170 publications on different issues and with use of different research methods. Invited speaker to international conferences in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA and the Middle East. Mentor for more than 250 Research works.
