This study proposes a framework that can be used to design sustainable telemedicine information systems in Uganda and other developing countries based on Hevner et al. (2004) Design Science framework. The main contribution of the study is in the area of Information Systems design for sustainability from a developing country perspective. Kituyi is the Assistant Director of the International Center for Information Technology and Development and Adjunct Professor at Southern University, Baton Rouge, USA, Assistant Professor of ICT at The ICT University, USA and Lecturer in the Department of Business Computing, Makerere University Business School. He has over 30 journal publications.
