This book is the supposed to attract the world wide audiences because of the content residing public importance and more over for the policy makers helping the health professionals focusing on preventing the significant causes of neonatal mortality in NICUs. At the end, I am grateful to my advisor Mr. Fikadu Aga (MSc,PhD student) for constructive comment through out the writing process. Also I would like to thank Lambert Academic Publishing for offering me a chance to prepare my study in book format. I, on my behalf am playing my role in reducing neonatal mortality and more is to come related to the field.

Lalisa Chewaka was born on Sept 9,1989 GC, @Aira district Wollega, Ethiopia. Elementary @Walgo Aira & high school @Lalo Aira School. Studied BSc in Nursing at Hawassa University & MSc in Pediatrics & Child Health @ AAU. Working as Lecturer in Mizan Tepi University.
