Dr Smaranjit Chatterjee MS,DNB Urology is a consultant Urologist & Transplant Surgeon practising in kolkata west Bengal. With an excellent academic career to his credit and passion on Transplant surgery both Live related and deceased donor programme he has edited this monograph. This article complies and scientifically analyses all the post Renal Transplant complications. The text does not only finish in counting and scientifically analyzing causes of all complications but to know what went actually wrong from surgical point of view to cause the complication. This work also notes follow up of these particular patients and their long term dialysis free survival. Dr Smaranjit Chatterjee MS, DNB, Fellow Uro oncology has extensive experience on performing and assisting Both Live related and Cadaver Transplantation. He was a Gold Medalist in both his MBBS final exam and MS General Surgery examination. Dr Chatterjee has keen interest on Cadaveric transplant. He is now practising at Woodlands hospital Kolkata.
