Beschreibung
Sustained release dosage forms are designed to release a drug at a predetermined rate in order to maintain a constant drug concentration for a specific period of time with minimum side effects. Cinnarizine is a medication derivative of piperazine, and characterized as an antihistamine and a calcium channel blocker. The present book give an idea about formulation and evaluation aspects of Sustain release matrix tablet of Cinnarizine.
