The book consist of RP-HPLC & UV method developed for the simultaneous estimation of some antiamoebic agent in formulation. The method has validated for linearity, accuracy and precision. The developed method was found to be accurate, precise, selective, reproducible and rapid for the simultaneous quantitative and qualitative estimation of Antiamoebic agent in various types of pharmaceutical formulation.

Kishor R. Danao is Asst professor in pharmaceutical science Department of Pharmaceutical chemistry. He completed his B. Pharm in 2006 and M. Pharm in 2008 from RTM Nagpur university, Nagpur. He had knowledge of drug design and patenting. He has presented research papers in various National / international conferences.
