This book describe about high-pressure liquid chromatography in columns, with a capability for the high resolution separation of a wide range of sample types including choosing the right technique, selecting the best separation conditions, and using the proper equipment to best advantage for multi component analysis. In short, the practical worker must know what he is doing. There has been a tendency for those in chromatography to stress either the theoretical or the "practical" side of the subject. Also, the theory of chromatography - and of modern LC - has often been represented as highly complex, with its application to real separation problems either not obvious, or impossibly tedious. HPLC is the nondestructive detection techniques also enable the collection of fractions for further analysis. The different detection techniques enable not only highly sensitive but also highly selective analysis of compounds. So we have try to developed simple and precise method for multi component analysis, which are applicable to academician as well as researcher.
