This book is useful for Hospital and Health care Management students and researchers who are interested in Health care operations. The Lean Six Sigma is one of the Quality tool helpful in improving a process in operations of an Organization. This work gives an insight and example for the Six sigma process in cashless hospital billing. This project will give an idea of how to decrease the Turn around time in the billing process at various stages and help to decrease the waiting time of discharge and improve the quality of services and increase the productivity in hospitals.

Kalyan Viswanath Reddy is an Academician, Six sigma (Green belt) auditor, Licentiate in Insurance, Advisory board member, British Medical Journal reviewer and Consultant in the field of Hospital and Health care Management. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Health Management at University of Hail, Saudi Arabia.
