This book is focused on the management of concomitant gallbladder and common bile duct stones. Looking at the historical management and application of the latest technology with the most recent research evidence. Biliary disorder related to gallstone affects about 5-25% of adult in western society with 10-20% of these symptomatic every year. It constitute a huge burden of work on acute General or Upper GI services and its management has heavy financial implication in most western country. This book looks at the contemporary management of symptomatic gallbladder with CBD stones. This involves a systematic review of 7 studies mostly randomized controlled trials with meticulous methodology and precise and reproducible outcomes. This book will be ideal for Resident Surgeons and medical students to look at the contemporary management of this condition. It will also be of interest to the general public due to the simplicity of it presentation and understanding.
