This book presents the author's research on issues in university physical education and sports, as well as students' attitudes toward it. It also looks at the opportunities offered by the higher education institution in its curricula and the municipal administration of Varna as a local governing body.Here you can get acquainted with the key competencies of the sports animator, derived from the author, which guarantee the competitive advantage of the sports animation product. The role of sports animation is also revealed, which, as an additional service in the hotel business, is becoming increasingly important in the choice of a hotel by the modern tourist. You are familiar with the main factors that affect the competitiveness of sports and animation services. An author's model for calculating the integral competitiveness factor of the sports animation product in offshore hotel complexes along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast is also proposed.The book also attempts to clarify the nature, place, meaning and functions of football rules and refereeing as a single and integral part of the football game.

Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov is a lecturer at the University of Economics, Varna, Bulgaria. He has a university degree in Economics and Sports with 20 years of experience as a teacher and researcher. He teaches and carries out his scientific activities in the field of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism.
