Our Warfarin educational Program where managing patients medication safely and effectively is our priority. Everyone responds differently to warfarin and it is critical in keeping patients warfarin levels stable. In order to provide patient with the safest and most effective therapy, healthcare provider needs patient to act as a partner in his care. The patients role is to gain the necessary knowledge about warfarin medication and the factors that affect it, and then apply this knowledge to his daily activities.
