Beschreibung
This book briefly reviews the recent advances and technological developments in blood glucose monitoring techniques which could help for the better management of diabetes along with their major merits and limitations. The techniques are discussed under three major categories: invasive, minimally invasive and non-invasive blood glucose monitoring methods. The book also addresses a few key challenges and provides insight into future perspectives of blood glucose monitoring.

Engineer Tadesse Waktola Gamessa has obtained his bachelor degree from Jimma University in 2014 and received a Master of Engineering from Osmania University in 2018 in the field of Biomedical Engineering. He has worked in Ayder Referral and Gandhi Memorial Hospitals as a Biomedical Engineer. He has two published works in Blood Glucose Monitoring.
