Access to genetic resources, benefit sharing community knowledge and rights is one of the burning issues at any states and communities all over the world. In this day, however, countries those have clear policy directions regarding for conservation and sustainable uses of genetic resources as well as for the benefit sharing from the utilization of the resources are few in number. Currently, this issue is becoming a focal point to ensure sustainable development, conservation and use of genetic resources. Thus, to achieve these goals, it is crucial for states that they should effectively and efficiently implement the laws within their jurisdiction taking into account the principles of the international treaties.
