Behçets disease is a chronic multi-organ system disorder that predominates in some regions of the world. The cause of the disease is unknown, but many factors contribute to its development. Behçets disease is diagnosed on a clinical basis due to the lack of pathognomonic tests. It has significant morbidity and mortality which decrease with proper management. This book sheds light on different aetiological factors in the pathogenesis of the disease, the clinical features characterising the disease, and the proposed diagnostic criteria. It also highlights the updated possible therapeutic options for disease manifestations.
