Beschreibung
The Atlas of Cardiovascular Risk Factors provides a succinct overview and an update of current knowledge of the major causative factors for heart disease and other forms of cardiovascular disease and strategies to reduce the risk associated with those factors. It is intended to help physicians to understand how to use individual risk factor data to develop an integrated strategy that they believe will be the most successful for lowering risk in an individual patient.
