Beschreibung
The interrelation between the poisoning severity score, COHb levels and outcome was assessed in the present study. As an unreliable laboratory result, COHb levels may not be correlated with clinical severity and outcome. Higher mean delay time, tachycardia, bradypnia, respiratory distress, pulmonary edema, lowest mean GCS, hypernatremia, leucocytosis, acidosis, hyperglycemia, high levels of CPK- MB, AST and cTnI, ECG
