It is presented on the base of the fundamental laws of the development of energy systems in nature, more exactly said of that law group from the general theory of the evolution of energy systems which determine the regulation of processes in energy systems the theory of cell division and cell differentiation. According to this, these processes are regulated in the cell by the methylation process of the pyrimidinbases in the DNA of the chromosomes. It was show the process of cell dedifferentiation - the mechanism of the phenotype realisation of the malignant cell through the transcription dedifferentiation of the cell genotype.

I am a doctor and have been working for years with the problem of carcinogenesis. I developed a hypothesis of cell division, cell differentiation and carcinogenesis in the light of this theory.
