Beschreibung
A genearl idear for the development of excellent anti-viral modified nucleosides based on the mutation of viruses has been proposed. An extremely excellent anti-HIV modified nucleoside (EFdA) has been developed based on the general idea and four fairy simple working hypothese. The author wishes that this book could inspire you to start working on difficult problems that have been assumed impossible to solve.
Autorenporträt
Hiroshi Ohrui received his Ph. D. degree(1971) from The University of Tokyo. He joined RIKEN(1966) and moved to Tohoku University(1981). He worked for Dr. J. J. Fox at Sloan-Kettereing Institute for Cancer Research(1972-73) and for Dr. J. G. Moffatt at Syntex Reserach. He received several awards including Japan Academy Proze.
