Beschreibung

Maximum 64.20% of the patients in study group and 63.75% in control group were in the age group of 50-59 years. 74.07% of the patients in study group and 82.50% in control group were males. Mean retinal nerve fibre layer (RNFL) thickness in study group 63.90±10.70 and in control group it was 87.25±6.92 which is statistically significant (t=16.41,p-value=0.0001). Mean p100 latency in study group 108.39±3.66 and in control group it was 101.05±1.29 which is statistically significant (t=16.90,p-value=0.0001). Mean N75p100 amplitude in study group 3.33±1.13 and in control group it was 5.65±0.62 which is statistically significant (t=16.07,p-value=0.0001). Mean N75 latency in study group 76.18±8.23 and in control group it was 74.94±1.11 which is statistically not significant (t=1.33,p-value=0.18). Mean N145 latency in study group 144.56±15.14 and in control group it was 144.81±1.50 which is statistically not significant (t=0.14,p-value=0.88). Positive correlation was found between RNFL thickness and p100 latency(r=0.17,p-value=0.12) in study group. Positive correlation was found between RNFL thickness and p100 latency(r=0.02,p-value=0.81) in control group.
