The origin of this book was conceived in consideration of numerous environmental challenges due to increased level of pollutants on air in Nigeria. This gave birth to a research during which air was sampled. Thus, this book would continue to lit up our awareness to the possibilities of building tumour micro-environment if we are not conscious of our habits and other unhealthy approach to health including what we allow into our body. The importance of this book therefore should not be over emphasized and it is highly recommended for studies towards cancer prevention and early detection. In fact with the outcome of this book, physical breast examination should not be the first approach for early cancer detection since it can create consciousness only when tumour has developed. Instead, monitoring DNA Methylation status, alerts the individual as well as any health provider to check life style, nutrition, and other environmental influences. This is highly preventive. Suffice it to say that this book is recommended for every student involved in medical sciences as well as researchers and general public.
