The objective of the book is to provide a very basic introduction to the beginners in the field of Audiology about the basic Audiological tests widely used for the evaluation and management of the Hearing Disorders. It would be also helpful for them in the form of quick reference, that in turn will help them in understanding the basic concepts of Audiology. The main aim of the Authors is to help the trainees who have just stepped in to the Audiology understand the different concepts in Audiology in a simple language by simplifying the technical terms. Hope this will guide them to build up a strong base of their knowledge in Audiology which will help them in future years not only academically but also clinically.

Dr. Sushant Gupta is Consultant Audiologist and Speech- Language Pathologist and is delivering his services at Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow, since 2015.He is continuously conducting more researches in the field of Audiology and Speech- Language Pathology.
