Beschreibung
This book address the tests for stability - Routh-Hurwitz criterion, Lyapunovs criterion, and Kharitonovs criterion - for Finite Dimensional Linear Time-Invariant (FDLTI) systems from a purely computational perspective to provide algorithms that run at least an order faster than the traditional methods. It also investigates simpler proofs of each of these criteria. Stabilizing controller is designed and was proven to be a NP-hard problem, using a recent approach called randomized algorithms.
