Quality of life (QOL) in general both developing and developed countries is gaining interest from a variety of disciplines such as planning, geography, sociology, economics, psychology, political science, behavioral medicine, marketing and management. The perspective of urban planners, cities or towns are the center of economy, politics, commerce and other activities. Treaty and Identify factors that may affect the quality of life of the people in selected Zonal towns. There are 809 heads of household were selected based on stratified random sampling by making the five towns in region as stratum. Factor analysis, binary and ordinal logistic regression are used in analysis of the study.The principal component analysis revealed that six dimensions of QOL were extracted from 20 subjective attributes; named as: housing, economic, environmental, neighborhood safety and security, social connectedness and quality of public service. The target population for this study is those households who live in selected Zone cities.The select sample representative of the group of the population. It's assumed that the heads of the household of adult household reflects the feeling of all other members.
