This publication provides introductory material on the methods of solving linear equations that is usually done in early years of undergraduate studies. It comes after learners have been exposed to the concepts of integration and differentiation. It introduces the learners to theoretical and computational methods of algebra. Techniques like Gausian and Jordan Gausse row reduction methods have been clearly explained in this book.

Dr. Arthur Wafula has been teaching at the University of Nairobi for over twenty years. He obtained his Doctorate degree in 2013 and has since published numerous papers in Functional Analysis featuring the properties of the classical numerical range of operators.
