The study deals with varying the parameters like current density, pH, bath temperature and cycle time to get the optimized value of thickness, hardness and weight during an electroplating process. The Optimization of the runs / cycles were achieved by Centre Composite Design (CCD) under Response Surface Methodology (RSM)
