This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on the Quality of Information and Communications Technology, QUATIC 2025, held in Lisbon, Portugal, during September 3-5, 2025. The 40 full papers and 12 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 92 submissions. The conference received numerous submissions across a broad range of software quality and engineering topics, organized into nine thematic tracks: Requirements Engineering; Cloud Computing and System Architecture; Verification, Validation, and Testing; Evolution and Maintenance; Process Improvement and Analytics; Security and Privacy; Green and Sustainable Computing; Human, Ethical and Social Aspects; and Quality in the Age of AI. These tracks reflect the conferences focus on contemporary and emerging technologies and challenges in software quality.
