This book constitutes the revised selected papers of the 9th International Workshop on Chatbots and Human-Centered AI, CONVERSATIONS 2025, held in Lübeck, Germany, November 12-13, 2025. The 17 full papers and 7 short paper were selected from carefully reviewed 62 submissions.
