Web 3.0 is upcoming web revolution its also called the semantic web or web of things. It is the 3rd generation of web revolution. This research covers Web 3.0 design trends, effects of web 3.0 on design using scrum methodology, advantages and disadvantages of Scrum in Web 3.0 Development. This study proposes an implementation plan for Web 3.0 technologies in Scrum methodology. The study also described the problems related in scrum implementation. The study analyzes the adoption of scrum methodology in Web 3.0 environment. The target of this study is to better comprehend the implementation boundaries of Scrum Methodology and the methods that empowers Scrum implementation in wide range of production. In this study, a survey is done about the scrum Methodology different aspects and Web 3.0 Implementation possibilities to analyze features of the Scrum Methodology and the reason behind the success in adopting Scrum Methodology. This survey also inspects the problems related to the Scrum frame work. The results and content of this study is beneficial for the readers of the project management and web development. Prof. Dr. Malik Sikander Hayat Khiyal is currently a Professor of Faculty of Computer Science, Preston University, Islamabad. He remained Chairman Department of Computer Sciences and Software Engineering in Fatima Jinnah Women University Pakistan and in IIU Islamabad. Also served in PAEC for 25 years. He is a member of SIAM, ACM, ISI and IACSIT.
