This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Internet of Things - ICIOT 2024, held as part of the Services Conference Federation, SCF 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand, during November 16-19, 2024. The 9 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 16 submissions.
