Beschreibung

In the last few decades our society expands and built a connection with the computer systems with such importance that they participate in almost any activity in our lives. Industry also takes place, because a huge number of companies bring in computer technologies and instruments in order to make the quality higher, lower the costs and time for delivery. All these ambitious goals cant be always achieved without problems, which take the specialist to the need of using methods and instruments to prevent or reduce potential failures. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is one of these methods. The main purpose in this project is to conduct FMEA over the software development process. Moreover, an attempt to make a connection between FMEA and human factors will be made. And only those factors that seriously affect the process. People play an important role in the development of software systems. A short description of the factors will be made - grouped and organized in logical charts. The last but not the least, a web-based tool will be presented, which will help the FMEA team to conduct a successful process and easily organize its work.
