Image processing comprises a broad variety of methods that operate on images, in order to get an enhanced image or to extract some meaningful information from it. The technique is a type of signal processing in which input is an image and output may be image or characteristics/features linked with that image. Recently, image processing is one of the emerging technologies and it becomes core research area within engineering and computer science disciplines.
