Business Process is the backbone of IT systems in the organizations. It facilitates the flow of the operations and tasks. This book summarize master thesis and includes the concepts of business process and workflow. A case study has been developed in each tool. It is comparing between two tools named as Bizagi and Processmaker, and it develops a framework that facilitate the operation of assessing different BPMSs.
Autorenporträt
Mr.Omer Salih received his Msc in Computer Science - Software Engineering in 2012 from Sudan University of Science and Technology, and Bsc in 2007 from the same university. He has many experiences in both academia and industry. Currently he is working as full time lecturer in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University.
