This volume of IBS Scientific Workshop Proceedings collects the research work of International Summer School on Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Education Technologies (ISCSET) held in Chemnitz and Laubusch (Germany) from 3rd to 7th July 2017. Main goal of this Summer School is to support researchers and students to present their ongoing research ideas to the community. International professors, researchers and industrial experts are invited for key notes and lectures. Key topics are image processing, education technologies, embedded systems and applied computer engineering.
