The two-volume set CCIS 2701 and 2702 constitutes the refereed conference proceedings of the 12th Workshop on Engineering Applications on Applied Computer Sciences in Engineering, WEA 2025, held in Cali, Colombia, during October 29-31, 2025. The 60 revised full papers presented in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 198 submissions.
