Beschreibung
This study describes the development of a technology for identification of optimal sites for solar ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants using GIS technologies and remote sensing techniques. The technology shows how to collect and use free of charge available initial data and software to work with. Optimally siting PV farms is important for maximizing beneficial characteristics of projects while minimizing negative ones.
