The book entitled Integrated Water Resources Management in Crystalline Aquifers is useful to faculty and students of Geology, Geography and Civil Engineering, research scholars, hydrogeologists, planners and professionals in ground water eld. The book is based on analytical scientic study, which includes Hydrogeological and Hydrogeomorphological surveys, micro level hydrogeological investigation, chemical analysis of water samples and their interpretation. The potential areas of surface and sub-surface water, drainage characteristics, scope of articial recharge, study on availability alternate source of water supply like spring development, various types water management aspect, water management based on Delphi aspect were also carried out to present a holistic scenario on integrated water resources management in crystalline aquifers. The drainage morphometric aspects and watershed management are other highlights of the book. The book consists of seven chapters of which first chapter deals with a general introduction on regional setting, various problems and prospects, climatic elements, physiography, geology, objectives and methodology.

Dr V.S. Joji, Scientist in Central Ground Water Board, acting as Recognized Trainer of D.T.S and TNA consultant. Dr. Joji qualified NET, UGC-JRF, CSIR-JRF, GATE, Geologist in ONGC, CGWB, GSI, Lecturer in Geology and many others. He has more than 60 published international, national research, technical papers and reports to his credit.
