Water resources decreasing day by day. Uncontrolled, unmanageable, and unplanned rapid development leads to increasing water pollution in river. Simultaneously, river pollution causing various issues and problems such as infectious diseases, causing death and extinction to aquatic animals species, plant poisoning, destruction to soil nutrients, and so on. Therefore, applying and modeling of policy, law and regulation, and moral and ethical value become indicator to reduce pollutants contaminating water resources in river.

The author received B.S. in Geography and M.S. in Science, Technology and Sustainability from University of Malaya in 2011 and 2013. Currently, he is doing PhD in Environmental Sciences in Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is expert in water science, water management, flood management, GIS, RS, qualitative and quantitative approach.
