The book analyzed and revealed that poor liveability status was correlated in a study of some six cities of the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. A total of 2,197 household (residents) population sample whose scaled perception response scores were used to ascertain their liveability status and comparative ranking. This book would serve as a useful template for town and urban planners, architects, city mayors, regional urban growth/ development administrators, transport/ population growth/ trend forecasters in cities of most developing countries. Its indeed a road map for cities liveability status and quality of life (QOL) assessment, evaluation and comparative ranking.
